Immigration practices ran on a patchwork: a scheduler here, a phone system there, spreadsheets for leads, email for documents. We built Kasepod so one platform handles all of it, connected, with nothing to integrate.

Five tools,Zero links
A practice needed a scheduler like Calendly, a phone system, a lead tracker, a document tool and a place for clients, and none of them talked to each other. Every handoff between them was manual work for the firm and a dead end for the client.

Instead of integrating other people's tools, we built each one inside Kasepod: calling, messaging, leads, cases, documents, forms, payments, automations and the client portal. One account, one set of data, on the web, iPhone and Android, with Nova working inside the case rather than beside it.

Building each piece was work; linking every piece into a single environment where a call, a document and a payment all belong to the same case, and making that hold up for real firms every day, was the hard part. It is still where most of the care goes.
