How we work

From first callTo long after launch

  1. (01)

    Call

A 30-minute intro call. You tell us what you need; we tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

  2. (02)

    Scope

We write up what we'll build, what it costs and when it lands. The scope is agreed before any work starts.

  3. (03)

    Build

Design and engineering by the same people, on the stack that runs our own products. You see progress as it happens.

  4. (04)

    Launch and stay on

We ship, hand over everything, and stay on for support and the next capability when you're ready.

Questions we get asked

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. The code lives in a repository you own, the database is yours, and the hosting accounts are in your name. If we ever part ways, everything keeps running without us.

What does it cost?

Every project is scoped and priced before it starts, so there are no surprises along the way. Book a call and we'll give you a straight answer for your situation.

How long does a project take?

Marketing sites take weeks. Portals and apps take a few months, delivered in stages you can use along the way. The scope sets the dates and we hold to them.

What happens after launch?

We stay on. Maintenance, hosting, support and new capabilities as your business grows, on terms we agree up front.

Do you only work with immigration firms?

No. Kasepod and FindMyConsultant happen to serve immigration, but we build for any independent business that needs software, a website or a complete solution.

Where are you based?

Canada, working remotely with businesses across time zones. Call times on this site are shown in Toronto time.

We're yourPartner

From the first call, we meet your team to understand every role and build the foundation of a working partnership.

Beyond launch, we stay on for screen-share sessions whenever they help, answer quickly, and keep critical support running when you need it. Through that ongoing conversation we keep finding opportunities to build new capabilities for your business.
